- I've got a little confession to make: I never did the pull-ups as described in my previous post. Also, I have never been to the gym. I think I went to the gym once as a boy and I was hella intimidated by all the beefy dudes I saw "pumping iron" as they say. I was overcome with feels that I didn't understand at the time. I left the gym a new person, and never looked back.
