    wimp ass flabby guy here (formerly wimp ass fat guy). hit a PB on benching today after never lifting in my life and I'm very happy about it (no irony in this post), 120lbs. I've also lost a total of 41 lbs and am 14 away from my goal weight. do the f'n work!!!
