- i've been working out again i weight a lot now, and my curls are getting huger
- I JUST LIFTED 2 JUGS X44 REPS PER JUG
- wimp ass flabby guy here (formerly wimp ass fat guy). hit a PB on benching today after never lifting in my life and I'm very happy about it (no irony in this post), 120lbs. I've also lost a total of 41 lbs and am 14 away from my goal weight. do the f'n work!!!
- im lifting up the spirits of my buddy haunted_shurb and consequently getting swole af fuck good jod haunted shrub!

- watching POV shots of people lifting so trick my brain into making me ripped
- failed on my 5x5 of 180 tonight got 3 sets of 5 down, but the last two sets were 4 and 3 respectively
- working to the point of failure is how you get huge so way to go
