Started new mesocycle today. Always mixed feelings when I reset, feels like I'll lose gains even though it always works out and it's the only way to not fuck yourself over by overtraining

I gotta try that out sometime. I got really busy and didn't work out for like 3 weeks. Getting back into it but I feel like I lost a lot of strength.

Did some squats and deadlifts at the gym yesterday. Feeling better about my strength, guess I just needed some consistency for a bit to recover.

dominos pizza sucks shit

i had a dominos pizza last week, and i've got to say, it was an acceptable pizza. i think it's justified when people go off on domino's however, because on twitter if you search for "wtf dominos" you can see dozens of people angrily posting photos of their fucked up pies. seems like ordering domino's pizza is like rolling the dice.

ya my experience is that dominos is lower teir of the chain pizza places

if I'm ordering delivery pizza from a chain, I think I would probably get it from dominos over pizza hut. I got no beef with dominos

i have not done irony

got extremely sick on sunday, and basically didn't eat at all for a whole day. got extremely dehydrated, and my muscles got extremely cramped. tried to call to reschedule my job interviews, but didn't get a return call. maybe this is my current job's way of keeping me there.
