i rent a house with a basement and i don't have enough bullshit to fill it up. so i turned that into a "home gym" awhile ago. in reality it is a treadmill, a weight bench w/ olympic bar + plates and squat rack, and a bunch of foam mats to do bodyweight stuff on. forgot to mention i have a tv on the wall down there so i can pull up pics of erik and kingdad for inspiration mid-workout
long story short, this is the only stuff i have been using to workout for years so quarantine didn't change anything. i have however been doing a lot more bodyweight stuff in my home office, since i also worked from home before this shit.
current sched since i'm on a cut cycle - running 5mph treadmill 5k mon/wed/fri, running 4mph 3k tues/thurs, 5x5 squats/rows/benches using weight bench tues/thurs, 5x5 leg curls tues/thurs.
7 days a week i am doing 100 cross body crunches and 50 pushups, those counts swap every other week.
the home office workout stuff has been 20 desk dips, 20 desk pushups, 20 lunges 5 days a week at 11AM and 4PM.
if im gonna be trapped at home then im going to get fucking hot during this shit. see me in 6 months w/ every bloard babe hanging onto my huge biceps.
