here's what we can surmise at the moment:
-the gamer needs a rep scheme that keeps him just below max effort lifts, due to stiff joints from sitting still and poor hydration while gaming
-the gamer will benefit from a high-volume workout that maximizes his T but minimizes his gaming window. now you're probably saying NO! Less Gaming?? but the goal here is to saturate our game time with high T (sharper reactions, better vision, increased blood lust, less prone to feeling nervous in online lobbies)
-a rep scheme with adequately long set blocks will train the gamer to perspire less, promoting a firmer controller grip later on in clutch gaming situations
