Around 4 a.m., Hubert allegedly wrapped the girl in a blanket and threw her over a bridge.The victim survived by swimming 100 yards to shore and knocking on the door of a waterfront home, according to AP.Mass Live reported that the girl was found in wet pajamas with bruises on her body and neck and other injuries.Hubert is being held on a $1 million bail and is set to be arraigned next week.
